Our founder, Martin Otinga, knows what it’s like to want more but not know where to start. So he built Team Paragon, not just a team, but a family. A community where we help each other level up, earn more, dream bigger, and become the best versions of ourselves. And yes, we celebrate every win, big or small (there may be dancing involved).
Founder’s Story
Let’s get real: Team Paragon didn’t start as some fancy business idea.
It started with one person, our founder, Martin Otinga, who once felt like life was passing him by.
When Martin was young, he lost his mother, a life-shaking moment that threw him into the deep end of financial and emotional struggle. There was no safety net. No fancy opportunities. No “Plan B.”
He was stuck. But then, someone reached out and helped him. For free.
That act of kindness, mentorship, and belief changed everything. Martin learned, grew, and began building a life of freedom and purpose, one step at a time.
Today, he’s built Team Paragon with the exact same spirit:
